The EXR2701 Roof Rack Conversion Kit allows EXR soft top roof rack systems originally configured for Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU (2007–2018) to be converted for use with a factory hard top.
This kit is designed specifically to convert the following soft top roof rack packages:
- EXR4001 – JKU (4-door) Soft Top
- EXR4002 – JK (2-door) Soft Top
After conversion, the rack system becomes equivalent to:
- EXR4003 – JK / JKU Hard Top Roof Rack Package
The EXR2701 replaces the soft-top-specific mounting components with hard-top-compatible hardware while retaining the original EXR crossbars.
