The EXR5501 Modular Rubber Mount is a single-item, heavy-duty carrying solution designed to securely hold rods, paddles, tools, and similar gear on EXR roof rack systems and compatible accessories. Each EXR5501 carries one (1) item and is commonly used to expand or customize existing EXR accessory setups.

The EXR5501 is available in three hardware variants, allowing it to be adapted to a wide range of EXR products and third-party accessories. Customers should select the variant that matches their intended application.

Primary Use & Compatibility

The EXR5501 is most commonly used as an expansion mount for the EXR5741 Click-In Rod & Paddle Holder. When paired with EXR5741:

• Each EXR5501 adds capacity for one (1) additional rod or paddle
• Two EXR5501 mounts add capacity for two (2) additional items

This allows users to configure their setup for mixed loads such as multiple paddles, fishing rods, or a combination of both.

The EXR5501 is offered in three hardware variants to ensure proper fitment across different mounting surfaces:

• #10 Hardware Variant
  Ideal for use with EXR5741 and other accessories utilizing #10 size mounting holes.
• 1/4" Hardware Variant
  Commonly used with EXR5181 Kayak Basket, EXR9611 Heavy-Duty Awning Brackets, and a wide range of third-party baskets, trays, and accessory plates.
• M8 Hardware Variant
  Designed for select EXR accessories such as
• EXR5181 Kayak Basket, EXR9611 Heavy-Duty Awning Brackets, and many  other aftermarket gear platforms.
